Tokyo, Japan
This is the fourth day of our trip, and today we are scheduled to make our way to the bustling city of Tokyo. Therefore, we began our day quite early to ensure we were well-prepared for our journey. Afterward, we took the metro to one of the larger stations, Osaka Station, where we planned to catch the bullet train to Tokyo. Furthermore, as we navigated through the busy station, we marveled at the seamless blend of efficiency and modernity in Japanese transportation. Ultimately, each step of our journey built our anticipation for the vibrant adventures awaiting us in Tokyo.

The first to photos were the ones I took on the way to the Osaka Station and the photo on the right a shot of the food stall in the Shin-Osaka Station where we got our bento meals to go as the trip would take about 2.5 hours to reach Tokyo.
After we collected our meals and tickets, we promptly made our way to the platform. Once there, we laid our eyes on the bullet train for the very first time (at least it was my first time). Immediately, I felt a surge of excitement as I took in its sleek design and impressive speed, eagerly anticipating the journey ahead.

The clean, sleek, white finishing gave the bullet train an ominous powerful vibe. Not only the color and premium look but the shape that looked very aerodynamic really served its purpose, as it reaches a top speed of about 350km/h.
With that speeds, we reached Tokyo in no time. So once we got off at Tokyo Station, we were greeted buy the hustle and bustle of this never sleeping city.

Feeling the energy in everyone’s movements I stopped and took a series of shots that I think captured the business of this particular metro station well.
Once everything was settled we had to let our luggage down first, so we directly made our way to our hotel. Well it wasn’t in the city center but still not too far from places, we stayed in Ours Inn Hankyu. Located in Hankyu Oimachi Garden, it was a comfortable stay, rooms were very spacious and the surroundings were really good. Very accessible to food and snacks. It turns out that we couldn’t check in directly, yet we could just put our luggage there and set out.
So we did and the first spot we went to was the traditional area of Asakusa. When we arrived, it was about noon. And when I saw it was packed this is what I mean.

This was the view to the main temple in the middle, Senso-ji temple
The main alley ways weren’t any better.

The view was just tourists, and heads and backs.
Walking felt uncomfortable , almost shoulder to shoulder with other people. So once we got our photos we tried to go around way from the crowds, luckily Asakusa has quiet the number of smaller alleys which we could traverse in. Here are some of the shots I took.

Away from the mad crowds this was feeling more like a vacation. It was about 1pm at this moment, so we stopped at a restaurant to grab lunch. Daikokuya Tempura was a recommended place to get food which wasn’t far away from the Senso-Ji temple. One of the parents led the way and in about 10minutes we were seated in our tables.

You ain’t in Japan when you haven’t got Tempura Rice bowl. Food was good, but nothing crazyy.
A bizarre thing was that when we got out there was what seemed to be a Tesla car key. Tell me this isn’t it.

Once we were done in this particular area, we went out the the bridge just around the Asakusa district. A view of the Tokyo sky tree was seen

Sunset was coming, so the 13 of us took the metro line again and went to an artificial Island which was located in the Tokyo Bay. The train ride the was very scenic, crossing the waters and the view of the city skyline

This place was like an all in one package deal, it had miniature statues of liberty, a sea side park, a mall and a great over all area to be. The views left and right were really pleasing to the eye, the neat roads under the bridge, the still and calm water brushing the sand on the beach made it a really relaxing atmosphere.
I think this place would be fire for a morning or evening run, for those who seek alone time to just sit with their thoughts or even a date place.

Time doesn’t wait for anybody, so blue hour came without the intense golden light, because, CLOUDS. But it was alright. The blue sky lit up and I got a pretty nice shot of the city view. Oh, I forgot to mention, the beach is facing the city, so when you’re sitting this is the view you get.

Also getting a view of the Tokyo Tower.
It got dark pretty quicky so we went back to our hotel just after strolling around the mall and getting dinner inside. The mall was just mediocre, and we ate at the food court where I got some ramen. Day 1 in Tokyo was a lot of moving, day 2 isn’t any less.
